What will you be responsible for?
As a Program Manager, you will help us with identifying and interpreting C-level client problems, focusing on answering key questions and adding value to the problems at hand. Building on business strategy, to more Health Care specific general consulting questions; specific market entry strategy for medical products. Data analysis and interpretation of Health Care data. As a consultant, you will be managing your own workstreams. Assist senior leadership with solving the overall questions, reporting, managing the pre-sales and sales pitching. Key Skills:
- Business research and analysis
- Communication and presentations to C-suite
- Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops
- Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks
- Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analysis and present findings
- Strategic Impact - Under guidance, support the team in delivery to client in area of competency
Who are we looking for?
- Experience managing end-to end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the Software or Hardware lifecycle
- Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
- Experience with technologies such as virtualization, compute, storage, migration, capacity and Cloud Solutions
- Communicate project status to partners and several important teams around the organization
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer’s goals
- Experience understanding technical architecture and design aspects in Infrastructure and Application space
- Experience managing programs with remote/distributed teams
- PMP, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space will be added advantage.
- Knowledge or exposure on LEAN, Six Sigma, KANBAN
- 7 to 12 Yrs. experience in Program mgmt.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information science or related field education/experience
Preferred:
- Postgraduate qualification – Preferred MBA from a top B school
