Job Title: Analyst
Location: India

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support our Outpatient Operations and Revenue Cycle consulting teams in the United States. This role involves key tasks such as cleaning up documentation, evaluating data, creating presentations, and assisting with various data-driven insights and process optimization. As an extension of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, supporting the efficient execution of projects, and conducting research and analysis that informs strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include some or all of the following:

  • Documentation Management:
    • Organize and cleanup project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate and meet Tegria / PGC standards.
    • Standardize client-facing materials and internal reports.
    • Maintain a well-organized repository of project documentation.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Clean, organize, and evaluate data sets to provide insights for client deliverables.
    • Perform basic data analysis using Excel and other data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to identify trends and actionable insights.
    • Assist in the preparation of data visualizations and reports for both internal and client presentations.
  • PowerPoint Creation:
    • Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, translating data and key insights into impactful slides for both internal use and client-facing deliverables.
    • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all materials.
  • Research and Market Analysis:
    • Conduct secondary research on industries, competitors, and market trends.
    • Summarize key findings and support consultants with detailed research and analysis that informs client strategies.
  • Project Coordination and Administrative Support:
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring all team members meet deadlines.
    • Prepare meeting materials, project status reports, and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to project management.
  • Business Process Support:
    • Document process flows and contribute to change management activities.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency, following firm and client standards.
    • Conduct peer reviews of documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Work Experience:
    • 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within consulting or a related field.
    • Familiarity with business process documentation and project management is a plus.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position. Flexibility is required to accommodate overlapping time zones with the US-based team.
