ARCS Analyst

How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

  • EBA team is responsible to provide Oracle ERP Implementation Support across HCM, SCM & Finance domains. We cater to Functional, technical, Infrastructure & App Security requirements for end-end Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation.  

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Analyst – Oracle EPM (ARCS) you will be responsible for analyzing business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Your specialization will be focused on solution design, implementation, leading global rollouts & support, M&A initiatives ensuring high quality, integrated solutions, and continuous innovation through use to test and process automation.

 

What would your day look like?

  • Hands on development with the EPM- ARCS application to support evolving business requirements.
  • Support recurring day-to-day operations and on-call for the Oracle EPM (ARCS) solution.
  • Participate in regression testing of Oracle software updates and patches.
  • Conduct training sessions and/or workshops for functional and technical audiences related to new enhancements or application changes within the ARCS Solution.
  • Document systems and processes including end-user procedures and/or support materials for the ARCS Solution.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-6 Yrs. of Oracle ARCS implementation and support experience with a working experience of at least 2 Oracle ARCS project lifecycles – from scoping and analysis, design and testing and through to post go live support.
  • Design and implement reconciliation processes tailored to business requirements.
  • Ensure transaction accuracy across multiple systems, supporting consistent reconciliation practices.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to implement and load data for Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.
  • Test data, rules, and user statuses, and gather client requirements for effective ARCS implementation.
  • Prepare user guides and documentation to support ARCS users.
  • Train users on the ARCS platform and provide guidance on using predefined and custom reports for Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
  • Develop and configure custom reports based on client specifications using SQL coding.
  • Create queries that can be exported as XML files to support Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
  • Work with the Technical Team to develop queries aligned with business needs for enhanced reporting.
  • Apply expertise in EPM Automation Scripting to optimize automation processes.
  • Develop and customize batch files for EPM automation, ensuring thorough testing, error handling, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous optimization.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for implementation.
