• Develop, configure, and maintain reports within UKG Pro to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional and technical to gather reporting requirements and provide data solutions.
• Perform data analysis and generate custom reports to support decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and data integrity.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the accuracy of reports.
