Job Responsibilities

 

The ServiceNow lead developer will be responsible to partner with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.

 

Experience 6-8 years.

 

Responsibilities

  • 6-8 years’ experience in ServiceNow Product suites in developing and designing solutions in Service Operations Workspace, Employee Center (EC) Pro, ITSM, Service Request fulfillments, Mobile Solutions, and Service Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Expertise in managing projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and align stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to drive project success and adoption.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Skilled in identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks and issues to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change, including user training, communication plans, and adoption strategies for ServiceNow solutions.

 

 

 

 

Skills

  • Proficient in ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM), ITSM, SPM, Service Request Management, Mobile App, and APM.
  • Experienced in leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Skilled in aligning business and IT stakeholders to drive project success and adoption.
  • Adept at mitigating risks, resolving issues, and managing organizational change.
  • Expertise in configuring and integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (APIs, IntegrationHub).
  • Strong ability to analyze and enhance IT/business processes using ServiceNow.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
  • Effective in presenting reports, roadmaps, and business cases to executives.
  • Skilled in leveraging ServiceNow reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, PMP, or ITIL.
  • Proficient in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
