ServiceNow Product Manager / Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in ITSM and ITAM. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving ServiceNow product initiatives, gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Product Manager / Business Analyst for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Lead requirement workshops, solution discussions, and backlog grooming sessions.
Drive ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects across:

ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
ITAM – Asset Management, CMDB, Software & Hardware Asset Management


Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and ServiceNow capabilities.
Support sprint planning, UAT coordination, and release management activities.
Track KPIs, process improvements, and platform adoption metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations and enterprise workflows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices on the ServiceNow platform.


Required Skills
Mandatory Skills

6–12 years of experience in ServiceNow Product Management / Business Analysis roles.
Strong expertise in:

ITSM
ITAM


Experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and process mapping.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise application delivery lifecycle.


Preferred Skills

ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
CIS certifications in ITSM / ITAM are a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
Exposure to integration projects and API-based solutions.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.


Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and documentation capabilities.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Leadership mindset with ability to drive discussions and decisions.
Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.
