Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in HRSD and Employee Workflows. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving ServiceNow product initiatives, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, process optimization, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality employee experience solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities
Act as a Product Manager / Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Workflow initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Conduct workshops and discussions with HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
Define product roadmap, priorities, and process improvements for employee experience initiatives.
Drive ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects across:HRSD
Employee Center
Employee Lifecycle Events
Case & Knowledge Management
Employee Service Delivery Workflows
Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and ServiceNow capabilities.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release management activities.
Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and platform performance improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations and enterprise workflows.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions.
Required Skills
Mandatory Skills6–12 years of experience in ServiceNow Product Management / Business Analysis roles.
Strong expertise in:HRSD
Employee Workflows
Employee Center
Lifecycle Events
Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and user story creation.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise application delivery lifecycle.
Optional SkillsExposure to:
ITSM
ITAM
Knowledge of enterprise service management processes is an added advantage.
Preferred SkillsServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
CIS-HRSD certification is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
Experience in integrations and API-based solutions.
Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
