Finance team is the strategic partner to business leaders helping them achieve and sustain rapid growth through optimal allocation of financial resources.

What will you be responsible for? 

Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reviews, including variance analysis vs. plan, forecast, and prior periods
  • Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning (LRP) for assigned accounts and capabilities
  • Prepare executive‑level dashboards and commentary for leadership

Pricing, Margin & Commercial Analytics

  • Lead pricing and rate‑card analysis across roles, experience bands, and geographies
  • Perform deal margin validation, cost‑plus modeling, and scenario analysis for SOWs, change orders, and renewals
  • Track and improve resource‑wise and capability‑wise margins, identifying leakage and corrective actions

Revenue, ARR & Capacity Insights

  • Monitor ARR, revenue run‑rate, and pipeline conversion with linkage to capacity and bench strategy
  • Provide insights on capability‑wise demand vs. supply to support redeployment, and investment decisions
  • Support invoicing governance and revenue recognition alignment with commercial terms

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to delivery leaders, Internal finance team, Strategy and other stakeholders
  • Present clear financial narratives, risks, and recommendations at given capacity
  • Support leadership reviews, audits, and ad‑hoc strategic deep dives

Automation & Process Excellence

  • Drive FP&A automation initiatives (dashboards, pricing tools, standardized templates)
  • Improve data accuracy, cycle times, and scalability across FP&A processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance governance and control frameworks


Who we are looking for?

  • Qualified CA with specialization in Finance
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Business Finance/Pricing roles
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, pricing, P&L analysis, and margin management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / financial models; exposure to dashboards & automation tools preferred
  • Business acumen with ability to translate data into insights
  • Detail‑oriented, structured thinker with strong ownership mindset
  • Effective communicator with experience working with senior leadership
