Role Overview
We are looking for a mid-level Marketing Web Instrumentation specialist to design, implement, and maintain scalable tracking solutions across web and digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on ensuring high‑quality data capture to support analytics, personalization, and marketing optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage web instrumentation using Tealium.
  • Configure and validate marketing, product, and behavioral tracking across web applications
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with consent and privacy standards
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize existing instrumentation
  • Support experimentation, attribution, and conversion measurement use cases

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in web analytics or marketing instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, data layers, and web event tracking
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Tealium)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tracking solutions
