How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

  • EBA team is responsible to provide Oracle ERP Implementation Support across HCM, SCM & Finance domains. We cater to Functional, technical, Infrastructure & App Security requirements for end-end Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM Implementation.  

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sr Principal Analyst – Oracle EPM, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle EPM solutions, with deep specialization in HPCS and Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). You will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable EPM solutions, guide users on Oracle best practices, lead global implementations and enhancements, support M&A and transformation initiatives, and ensure high-quality, integrated solutions that drive planning, profitability, reporting, and decision-support outcomes. You will also lead vendor assessments, solution evaluations, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful execution and long-term value realization.

 

What would your day look like?

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle EPM applications, with emphasis on HPCS and Oracle PCMCS, including application design, dimensionality, business rules, allocations, calculations, and metadata/data transformations.
  • Develop, support, and monitor production job batches/schedules that execute data integrations, meta data updates, and reporting refreshes in accordance with the published FP&A calendar.
  • Coordinate the reconciliation results of data integrations to assure the data integrity of the system. Research and resolve reconciling items when required.
  • Support recurring day-to-day operations and on-call for the Oracle EPM solution.
  • Participate in regression testing of Oracle software updates and patches.
  • Guide and lead business users through Oracle EPM best practices, solution adoption, process standardization, and effective use of application capabilities through workshops, demos, training sessions, and change enablement activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
  • Lead vendor assessments, solution evaluations, RFP/RFI support, proof-of-concept reviews, and recommendation processes for EPM platforms, implementation partners, and related tools.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership to internal and partner teams, ensuring delivery quality, alignment with business priorities, adherence to best practices, and timely resolution of implementation risks and issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 12–20 years of Oracle EPM implementation, transformation, and support experience, including hands-on leadership of Oracle PCMCS and HPCS implementations, with experience across at least four Oracle EPM Cloud project lifecycles from scoping, analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
  • Ability to demonstrate Oracle EPM, HPCS, and PCMCS features and functionalities to business users and guide them in adopting best-practice processes for planning, allocations, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Planning, Hyperion Planning / HPCS, Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Financial Consolidation & Close, and Budgeting solutions.
  • Experience with the following Oracle EPM Cloud products (Good to have): Enterprise Data Management, Account Reconciliation and Narrative Reporting
  • Experience working with ASO, BSO and Hybrid applications.
  • Business rule development for EPM applications
  • Experience with Oracle FDI , FDME is a big plus.
  • Experience in Consulting and exposure to digital transformation engagements is preferable. Experience in Health Care Industry will be a plus.
  • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of business processes and associated technology.
  • Be able to plan and deliver the scope and deliverables of the team.
  • Proven experience leading teams, coordinating implementation partners and vendors, managing deliverables, facilitating design decisions, and driving accountability across business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
