Role: SDET Engineer 2 (Marketing Campaign QA Specialist)

The Marketing Campaign QA team plays a crucial role in ensuring these campaigns are flawlessly executed, maximizing their impact and contributing directly to Providence's marketing objectives
What will you be responsible for?
As a Quality Engineer for Marketing Campaigns, you’ll ensure the accuracy and quality of online targeted campaign configurations and monitor active campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting anomalies or errors while leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance the QA process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Consistency: Verify adherence to brand guidelines across all campaign elements
- Content Quality: Proofread creative and content for grammatical errors, typos, and style inconsistencies.
- Campaign Clarity: Ensure each campaign has a clear call to action and a well-defined purpose.
- User Experience: Identify and eliminate any "dead ends" or broken user flows within the campaign.
- Web Standards & Tracking: Validate that all web forms, Landing pages adhere to standards and are properly trackable and verify digital UTM parameters.
- Workflow Management: Track tasks and manage workflow within the designated Project Management tool.
- Audience Targeting Validation: Verify the accuracy of audience list criteria in the CRM against the marketing brief.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate QC processes using available tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Who are we looking for?
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, or a closely related field, along with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- General understanding of Marketing direct response and targeted campaigns.
- Knowledge of QA procedures and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into QA requirements.
- Experience with process automation tools and techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities effectively and comfortably work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following established processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Familiarity in using web analytics platforms.
- A proactive mindset towards exploring and leveraging AI capabilities for QC improvements.
