Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 6–10 Years

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Implement and support HRSD, CSM, and Employee Workflows solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

6–10 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
Hands-on experience in:

HRSD
CSM
Employee Workflows


Strong knowledge of:

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
REST/SOAP integrations
Catalog items and workflows


Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Optional Skills

Exposure to:

HCLS (Healthcare & Life Sciences)
ITAM (IT Asset Management)

Optional : 
Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM
Experience or certification in HCLS Suite

Certifications: 
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.
