Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead)

Organization Background

The End User Computing (EUC) Engineering team is responsible for building and managing enterprise platforms that enable the complete lifecycle management of end-user devices, including application packaging, software deployment, patch management, endpoint monitoring, automation, asset management, and operational analytics.

We develop scalable, cloud-native, and automation-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance user experience, and accelerate service delivery for caregivers and business partners across the organization.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• Design, architect, and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support End User Computing products and services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead technical design and architecture discussions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.
• Develop modern web applications using C#, .NET, ReactJS, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, monitoring, and release automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of engineers.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, design standards, code quality, security, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and platform modernization.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Program Managers, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver business value.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What Would Your Day Look Like?

• Design and build full-stack applications using ReactJS, C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs, Azure services, and modern engineering frameworks.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, sprint planning, and technical roadmap discussions.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery including research, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance to ensure engineering excellence.
• Develop reusable components, shared frameworks, and engineering accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
• Implement secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Improve application reliability, scalability, observability, and performance through engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve real business problems.
• Participate in R&D initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities.

Who Are We Looking For?

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software applications and platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, Web APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
• Proven experience in application architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-native applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and API-driven integrations.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, SOLID principles, and engineering best practices.

DevOps & Cloud Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and release automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience implementing automated testing, monitoring, logging, security scanning, and observability frameworks.
• Strong understanding of production support, incident management, and operational excellence.

Technical Leadership

• Ability to lead and mentor a small engineering team (3-8 engineers).
• Experience conducting code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/GenAI solutions, AI Agents, Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, or Copilot technologies.
• Experience building SaaS and multi-tenant applications.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management, Device Engineering, Application Packaging, Automation, or EUC platforms.
• Azure Certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400).
• Healthcare industry experience.
