What will you be responsible for?

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced software solutions using .NET, Python, integrating and optimizing Language Model frameworks for various applications.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Principles, algorithms, and debugging techniques to ensure robust and scalable code solutions.
  • Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) proficiently to manage source code and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Implement Coding Design Patterns and adhere to SOLID Principles to promote code maintainability, scalability, and reusability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests using frameworks like pytest /unittest/NUnit to validate functionality and performance.
  • Lead and contribute to Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in software design and architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability 
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Language Model frameworks and contribute to their integration and enhancement within our software ecosystem.

What would your week look like?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5 - 8 years of professional experience in software development with a strong emphasis on C#.NET, Python and proficiency in LLM frameworks such as LangChain.
  • Solid understanding of RAG, fine tuning techniques, building AI agents
  • Working knowledge of foundation models like Claude/OpenAI, Vector store
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in software design and architecture.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions.
  • Very good at Vibe coding and rapid development
