We are looking for a Technical Learning Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving our technology upskilling agenda across the organization. This role involves extensive interaction with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop targeted learning solutions with vendor partners and measure the effectiveness and ROI of these initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at speaking about technical competencies, creating impactful learning experiences, implement robust technical assessment frameworks, facilitating training programs and building a pipeline of internal SME facilitators.

 

What will you be responsible for?

Experience in technology training is mandatory and exposure to shared services environments in Finance, Legal and Compliance and HR is preferred. The incumbent will report to the learning lead at the organization.  Key roles and responsibilities include;

-             Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with pillars to assess organizational tech needs, identify tech skill gaps and provide suitable learning solutions.

-             Innovative Learning Design: Spearhead the development of forward-looking, high impact tech learning initiatives, ensuring they are innovative, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

-             Tech-Enabled Learning Solutions: Drive the adoption and integration of cutting-edge learning technologies to provide personalized, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.

-             Vendor Management: Ensure the delivery of innovative learning solutions. Manage relationships with training partners to ensure top-notch content, quality, and effectiveness of training programs.

-             Data-Driven Impact: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of learning initiatives and use data analytics to refine strategies and optimize program outcomes, ensuring measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness.

-             Thought Leadership & Market Insight: Stay at the forefront of Learning trends and emerging technologies, continuously evolving the learning strategy to reflect the latest innovations and best practices in the industry.

Who are we looking for?

-             10-12 years of experience with atleast 8 years in technical training domain at GCC and large corporates

-             Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Learning and Development are a plus.

-             Instructional Design & Program Management: Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies, combined with proven project management experience, to deliver complex, high-impact learning programs that drive business results.

-             Proven track record in establishing effective learning and development governance and working closely with stakeholders to ensure value creation

-             The ability to work independently in a continuously developing environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
