 What will you be responsible for?

  • As an Ideal candidate you would be recommending adjustments to resolve software issues, improving the functionality of existing software, solve complex technical challenges while delivering great software products focused on incredible customer experiences.  In addition, you would: 
  • Lead and manage developing products to redefine HealthCare. 
  • Design, build, and deploy applications to support our technology life cycle, service delivery management, data and business intelligence divisions. 
  • Build internal solutions, with custom front ends (web, mobile) and backend services that automate business processes. 
  • Maintain development practices, writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality and predictability. 
  • Work with product managers and analysts to create/lead the design and development of tools to support transition to end-state applications. 
  • Contribute to improving the engineering process, pre-empt risks, define & execute contingency plans. 
  • Consistently demonstrate a sense of accountability for the quality and completeness of entire solutions/ service and resulting caregiver experience 

Who we are looking for?

  • 12- 14 years’ experience delivering robust web-based products/ applications, using Microsoft tech stack including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, .NET CORE, SQL SERVER, SQL AZURE 
  • Hands on experience in Angular/React JS, Node JS, Vu JS is highly desirable. 
  • The candidate must be hands-on results/delivery-oriented professional with proven ability to incubate high caliber engineering teams. 
  • Healthcare provider domain experience with minimum 7 years in agile delivery 
  • Experience in Azure/ Google Cloud/ AWS with:  CICD, containers, SQL, and NoSQL and serverless compute microservice and micro-frontend architecture publish/subscribe distributed processing knowledge. 
  • product development life cycle (spec definition to release) building DevOps pipelines 
  • Experience in designing and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable web architecture. 
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas by adopting tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of technical information. 
  • Effective communication and cross group collaboration skills, with experience working with geographically distributed teams across organizational boundaries. 
  • Working knowledge of ML, AI, BI is highly Desirable
